REMOVAL

1. DRAIN ENGINE OIL 3UR-FE LUBRICATION: OIL AND OIL FILTER: REPLACEMENT (2008 Sequoia)+

2. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT 3UR-FE COOLING: COOLANT: REPLACEMENT (2008 Sequoia)+

3. REMOVE FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT

(a) Remove the fan and generator V belt 3UR-FE ENGINE MECHANICAL: DRIVE BELT: REMOVAL (2008 Sequoia) .

4. REMOVE OIL FILTER ELEMENT

(a) Remove the oil filter element 3UR-FE LUBRICATION: OIL AND OIL FILTER: REPLACEMENT (2008 Sequoia) .

5. REMOVE OIL PRESSURE SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY 3UR-FE LUBRICATION: OIL PRESSURE SWITCH: REMOVAL (2008 Sequoia)+

6. SEPARATE COOLER COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY 3UR-FE LUBRICATION: OIL PUMP: REMOVAL (2008 Sequoia)+

7. REMOVE WATER BY-PASS PIPE HOSE

(a) Remove the 3 bolts.

(b) Remove the 4 hoses and water by-pass pipe.

8. REMOVE NO. 1 OIL COOLER BRACKET

(a) Remove the 2 nuts and bracket.

(b) Disconnect the ground wire from the cylinder block.

9. REMOVE OIL FILTER BRACKET

(a) Remove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts and filter bracket.

(b) Remove the 2 O-rings.

10. REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 5 nuts and oil cooler from the oil filter bracket.

(b) Remove the 2 O-rings.

11. REMOVE OIL COOLER SPACER

(a) Remove the bolt and oil cooler spacer from the oil filter bracket.

(b) Remove the gasket.
